Delivery inside Lithuania
All deliveries in Lithuania are made by LP Express courier service. The items usually dispatched within 3 – 10 working days after your order has been paid and accepted.
Delivery cost in Lithuania – 5€.

Shipping to Europe
All deliveries in Europe are made by 1st class recorded delivery (LITHUANIAN POST). We’ll provide you with a tracking code, so you can see where your parcel is at any time. The items usually dispatched within 7 – 14 working days after your order has been paid and accepted.
Delivery cost in Europe – 10€.
Please note: Simona Samojauskaite Jewellery is not liable for any late deliveries caused by third-party courier companies.
We accept Paypal payment or cash if collected from the jewellery studio. Customers paying via PayPal needs to use our checkout page. You will be redirected to PayPal to complete the payment. You can pay with your credit card if you don’t have a PayPal account.
Returns and exchanges
Please contact Simona Samojauskaite Jewellery by the email email@example.com before returning or exchanging the particular piece of jewellery.
The order can be return/exchang within 7 days upon delivery, in a perfect condition.
Goods should be returned in their original packaging where relevant. They are to be unused other than for the purpose of trying on for fit. If there is evidence to suggest that the goods have been used to a degree such as to decrease the value of the product, the customer loses his/her right to exercise a return.
We recommend all returns and exchanges are sent by a recorded delivery service and are insured. Returns and exchanges are at the expense of our customers and under their responsibility until the goods are successfully delivered to Simona Samojauskaite Jewellery.
Your payment for the jewellery will be refunded not later than 15 days to the customer’s PayPal account after we have received the goods. The refund will exclude shipping costs, with the exception of faulty items.
Exchange for size
While we are more than happy to assist where possible, it is ultimately the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct size has been ordered. Please note customers are responsible for the return shipping of their order as well as the re-shipping fee back to them.
Fulfilment of orders is dependent on stock availability at the time. All orders are exclusive VAT, as Seller is not VAT registered business. Any import duties, sales taxes or other import costs, incurred at the point of entry into the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
